Did I know you before I saw you, or did I know you later?
Did you know me before I met you, or not until that first letter?
Did you see the mailman walkin’ down your walkway?
Did you hear your phone ringin’ and would you talk to me?

All I know is I was far away and you were farther still
All I know is that I did not even know what to do
But I know that when I saw you it was comin’ true
At least that how it felt for me, I hope it felt the same for you
